Never make the mistake of buying Prestige. I just did it (Prestige 4 burner Royale stove) & u cant imagine how disappointed I am. While so many cheaper choices were available.
I made the mistake of going for Prestige thinking that it was a big brand and since I was buying it for my old parents. But the experience has been miserable & I have no words to explain. The more I think about it, the more it pains me.
All I wanted to do was to warn probable buyers to keep miles away from prestige. Considering that the first one I bought had a defect (Metal beading on the edge was ripped off) and had to be taken back to the shop for replacement, when I reached the shop the shopkeeper called the services chap & was told that the customer must have done something while transporting it.
However, thankfully the shopkeeper sided with me & decided to replace it. Now I am sitting with a replaced peice which is also defective. Service is nowhere in site. As a customer, I feel so helpless. Having paid so much for a new product of a so called reliable brand, it is me who has to run around ....
