Recently purchased a 3 burner automated gas stove from Govt Canteen with OK mark. We have tried to fix it and it was not working.
As per the manual attached, contacted all the cities in INDIA. No body was not ready to attend the call. Nearly, two weeks kept the stove ideal.
Last , sent an email to Bangalore and received a call from PUNE and attended the stove. Informed, the piece is defective with big OK MARK.. At last replaced the piece , that is also not upto the mark. Now no response.
Remark:
If the machine is defective , how come you have gave the OK report.
Customer Service is very very poor, rather big zero.
I really inform all the customers that not to buy any product of PRESTIGE never in their life.
