Prestige service is very poor. I registered complaint regarding my Glass Top GT04( bought 2 months back) . Struggling with service center to send the representative and replace the Glass. Every time I call they are ready to log a new complaint not willing to consider the old one. There Franchises are also like that. The nearest Franchise shop( Gulmohar Park, Serlingampally, Hyderarabad) is not ready to keep the Stove at his shop because I bought it from distant shop. Service center say if you want to repair bring it to the office which is 50 km from my home. I haven’t seen such a worst service.
I’m not sure how a people can think of ’’Swadeshi’’.
