I have purchased a 3 burner Prestige gas stove 3 months ago. It has got a auto ignition feature. . Prestige charges almost Rs. 7345/- for the same . But the quality of service and the print on the button is very poor.
When I raised a call to prestige service center, they first said that Prestige never makes any ON, OFF, SIM markings on the button. Since the gas stove is an auto ignition , so from safety point of view and for any new users these markings are very important. Also lot of mail follow-up with Prestige Bangalore, they finally sent same quality of button with no changes after 25 days.
The query never gets resolved. So please buy this stove with the consideration that service will always be poor
