I mainly purchased this item for my new italic kitchen, so that it will suck up all the smoke of dishes and it will keep my kitchen clean . but this thing did not do perform well.
if I really want to tell these chimney actually does not work at all.
instead they get dirty and make us to clean then, again an extra work.
I don’t think there is no alternative for this appliances as these kind of appliance are total waste .
after use of 2 months it got lost both of its bulbs, which are too expensive .
and service when concerned to this product was very bad .
service was very much delayed .
and they did not fit this well into my brand new kitchen . I thought it would increase looks of my kitchen . but it did not .
it sound up a lot, which we cannot afford while cooking and we also do not expect any noise while cooking.
overall I think chimney are not necessary appliance for a kitchen .
it terms of built quality it is good.
it terms of design also it is good.
I don’t suggest this to anyone to buy, but if you have more money, and you wanna make your kitchen look good then you can buy this.
