I bought a prestige induction cooker(pic 3) on 31.5.2010 from prestige smart kitchen.it stopped working on 12.7.2010. I contacted service centre and asked to produce it on shop. I gave them on 16.7.2010.
They got it repaired after one month. Again the same piece got complaint and stopped working in 25.09.210. Because I was busy I handed it over on 4.11.2010.
Earlier I was using pigeon, once it got a complaint, they suddenly replaced it with new piece and it worked 3 years without any problem.
This time I went for prestige thinking that since it is a popular firm their product and service will be much better than pigeon. So please never go for prestige induction cooker.
