This is a really good product from prestige, ordered it from an online shopping site in my first year of college and it never gave me any trouble, cooking on it and cleaning it afterwards is pretty easy.
And it can cook a variety of things . sometimes it shows E5 on its display n stops for a while if you are cooking something for a long time but its rare and is easily resolved so no sweat there, the product quality is good and the heat range to select from is very good .
To cook meat it does takes a little longer but gets the job done perfectly . overall pretty happy with the product after using it for almost 2 years . thumbs up definitely:) though I can’t say anything about customer support as till now I haven’t needed it
