I have bought a induction cooker with the cookware in december 2010.
The lower plate of the tawa has become loose within a month of use. Its still under warranty, when I contacted the dealer in margao goa, he says, that the tawa was exposed to heat that is why the lower plate is become loose. The dealer refuses to replace the tawa.
when I asked the dealer if he could cook without heat he had no answers. I have also contacted the customer care all they said was to give your phone no. we will contact you. its a month now no news from them.
my friend has bought a local brand for half the cost of prestige and he has had no problems for the last 1 year. looks like prestige company is going to the dogs.
