No doubt, Prestige is one of the prestigious brand in India. The Induction Cook Top is really convenient. Many of my friends suggested to try this and that’s why I decided to go for this one. It was really good as per expectation. However, I was not that lucky as my Power button stopped working all of sudden. I don’t know how come even the panel which has buttons was coming out. So it needed to be pasted.
I took it to the service center and they asked me come after two days. When I went there, they didn’t even started working on that. They again asked me to come after two days. Again when I went there to collect the cooktop, they were still working on it and after making me wait for 45 minutes, they finally handed it to me. I was shocked to see that they didn’t even cleaned it.
The cooktop was still somewhat sticky. Even the panel was not pasted properly. That is not the service I should be expecting from the brand like Prestige. The brand means not just product, even the customer service matters a lot. Now, before going for this brand, I would have to think twice what if this stopped working, again will have to visit this kind of service center who don’t even bother to do their job, least concerned for their customers! Product is good, but I wish I could say same thing about the service center as well.
