Please do not buy this product. Immediately after two days, thick white smoke came out from the chimney. Later it was identified that two motors were burnt. I informed this to the customer care. Very worst response you can expect from them. After 9 months of struggling, one service person came and changed the motors with used motors(not new one). It was working good on that day. After 15 days I noticed that one motor failed to work. I informed this problem to customer care. He yet to arrive. I think the warranty period will be over by the time.
My product had functioned for less than 15 days in these last one year. so my strong advice is that please do not buy any electrical item from prestige.
