I bought my prestige OTG last week from Bhubaneswar, Shaheed Nagar and when I tried to use it for the first time it did not work. I called service center many times but no response. I am really surprised by this and I believe that this is the problem of all the shops and service centers in Bhubaneswar.
I don’t know whether its a misgovernance or fault of the company but I would definitely the fault of company who hires such irresponsible people.
I would like to request the company to immediately look into my issue or I will file a case in consumer court against Prestige.
