I’ve got a long story about how Prestige undertook to transport my bike from Ghaziabad to Bangalore, but compressing my anguish to fit into Mouthshut’s feedback pane.
1 - Quoted an all-inclusive quote of Rs 3000. By the time they picked-up the bike, I was already looking at a bill of Rs 3900.
2 - I was promised a delivery within 5 days. Its been 15 days now, and no sign of the bike. Or even that it has been shipped from Ghaziabad.
3 - The contract said door-to-door delivery. Right now, I’ve already been told that the delivery will be made in KR Puram in Bangalore, which is roughly 35 kms from where I stay. Ridiculous!
I’ve been trying to contact Prestige to get a tentative date of delivery. The guy has the audacity to cut the call w/o picking-up! So much for customer-service.
Guess who I will NEVER pack with, ever again? Prestige! that’s who.
