Prestige packers and movers are not at all reliable. I contacted them for shifting my household goods from Bangalore to Mohali. Their executive Sunil, was very prompt when he wanted business from us and told us a lie that there office is located in Mohali also.
While packing the goods there people finished everything in 2-3 hours time and without asking us these people packed so many things which we did not want to send with them. They were in such a hurry that they even included a packet of milk in the parcels.
Post all this, these people took the whole amount and whenever we contacted them for asking about the delivery date, these people are so rude that they do not give us a proper date and moreover it has been 10 days and we have not received our things and they have the audacity to tell us that it will take another week and that they do not have any office in Chandigarh, the driver does not have any mobile and youcan do whatever you want to do.
I am still worried about my things, if it will reach on time and in a good condition.
I suggest all of you, not to ever take the service of Prestige Packers & Movers.
