Have purchased this product around 2 years ago. Already got the motor replaced as it had burnt.
Service center is indifferent, took long to replace the motor, but again it started giving burning smell. Had to run from pillar to post to get a second motor directly from the regional center.
Now, one of the jars leaking. Service center says it can’t be repaired. It s just a washer worn out issue. Asked to purchase a new jar. The approximate cost is INR1400.
Placed the order as there was no other option and waiting since last 1 week.
Customer is the last thing service center has in mind!
TV ads are one thing, the reality on the ground is another.
will not recommend anyone to buy this.
