I just used MBMC drinking water to measure the volume and after 20 days when we opened it today for the first use, shockingly found aluminium scale( metal fine dust). You can see the grey aluminium spots which are so stubborn that even after a wash with vim liquid it wont go away. What kind of virgin aluminium reacts with portable water? Its our mistake we trusted the brand and never bothered to try it within 15 days. I cant return it now but afraid to eat anything coming out of this cooker. I remember Rajiv Dixits speech in which he asked to avoid aluminium utensils. I can see now why.
Another weird thing they actually they count lid volume into total capacity. I ordered 7.5 litres and upon measuring found its actually 5 litre vessel and 2.5 litre of lid.
Buy it or dont buy its your choice. There are negative and positive reviews on everything but just be careful to test it immediately so you can return it within 15 days.
