I have shiftted to chennai from delhi.I was worrying about shifiting then from IndiaMart(first b.) webiste source I got the number of Relevant mover and packer(good rated) its my bad luck I have selected the prestige relocation.at the time of quotation he was saying(the owner name Nagpal) we’ll do this.bla bla.at the time of packing also same dialogue.
They commit for 10 days and I have received my goods after 21 days.finally One truck came with full cover and asking for remaining money(comit 30k 15 I give at time of packing 15 remain).then I was asking for deliver the goods and take the money.but he was not ready to open the cover.i called the Delhi guy Nagpal.he didn’t pick the call I called him 50 times but every time same response.finally I paid the 15k to deliver guy and he open the cover.
When I saw my home goods.I got big shocked.my 50% goods were damage(almirah, kitchen crockery, missing cylinder, gas stove, chair).not even a single item in good condition.they drove my bike more then 600km.missing key.they steal the grocery items.Seriously they are big B.i was shouting on deliver guy and asking for Insurance(b.coz I have paid 5k for insurance).but no body is ready to hear.nagpal is not picking the call and the delivery boy was saying we are belongs from different transport.we are not bother about it.they are REAL BAST*RDS.
