Recently we have bought prestige electric rice cooker and we try to use it. It is not working.we are so hungry on that time. I am fully angry on indian companies lack quality and commitment towards the customers. We followed all the instructions as given in the user manual. The main issue is that the switch never stayed put in the cook mode and kept flipping to the warm mode. After all the tries which lasted more than 2 hours we gave up. We have taken it to the prestige service centre, they did repair but after that also it has so many repairs, we are very irritated about this cooker Finally don’t buy this cooker.
