I would like to share my bad experience with Prime Honda, Vaishali, Ghaziabad when I got my car repaired there last year after an unfortunate accident. Total cost of repair job was around Rupees one Lac, thanks to Honda Assure for being a life saver here. Service quality offered by dealer doesn’t match with standards of perfection, excellence and satisfaction set by Honda, a brand that is trusted by everyone. This is my fifth Honda vehicle but I never had such a pathetic experience ever in the past. Dealer took longer than promised, for repairing the car and never kept me updated about progress. I always had to chase the service advisor for updates. He called me thrice for delivery at different occasions and every time I had to return empty handed due to one or other defect in quality of service provided.


When I finally took the delivery of the vehicle, I noticed a weird sound the very next day. I informed the dealer and they took full one week to fix it but I had to make multiple rounds and chase them. When I got the delivery again, then I noticed that there is a gap around glove box caused by front seat fitting to fix sound issue. Since this was a minor issue, I dropped an email to service advisor and then called him the very next day. He promised to get it fixed when I come there next time for car service. At the time of car service after 4 months, service advisor on leave and no one seemed to be bothered about it. When I contacted the Manager of paint & body shop regarding this matter, I found his behavior very rude and unacceptable. This dealership seems to be dependent on just one employee to serve the customer; there is no centralized processing of service records or feedback.


After that, I made many calls to service advisor; he keeps giving me next appointment every time I call him. He keeps on making the promise of getting it fixed but does not fulfill it. Neither they are saying that they don’t own this issue, nor they are finding time out of their so called busy schedule to fix it. I am fed up chasing the concerned person now since dealer doesn’t seem to be interested in fixing ’after service defects’ after getting full payment from insurance company. Service quality and interaction with customer is very poor. At the time of repairing, they don’t take proper care of vehicle. My 6 months old car had many scratches in interior parts and holes on the carpet, probably caused by welding of iron parts. I never felt that I am dealing with a Honda Dealer.
