We bought a hospital bed and have suffered from the time we ordered it. We were promised delivery in one week we received the bed after five weeks! And without the mattress. They forgot to send it. Then after another 3 weeks the mattress landed up and instead of being apologetic abt it they got aggressive and insisted we pay for the courier charges AGAIN!!
That was not the end they had forgotten to send the screws for the side rails... My old mother fell of the bed. Even that did not help and till date we have not received the screws...
Then within one month the winding up and down of the leg portion has stopped working.
A VERY BAD QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Infact they don’t respect the customer at ALL!!
