Please note that I have some dispute in the Bill that I paid when I was admitted in emergency. My entire coverage was approved by the TPA from my office. However, I paid an advance of 2000 INR which the staff refused to give and also refused to provide a printed bill for the same.
They mentioned that it has been charged as a non-payable item from the patient, BUT WHY WAS THE BILL NOT PROVIDED ? In the FInal bill, the advance given of 2000 INR, was cut with a pen by one of the cashiers and refused to pay the money back. I was admitted only for a day and had had to waste almost 7 hrs fighting to get my money back, which I did not get.
Please refund my money with adequate compensation for the trauma I suffered. Else, I will be forced to drag the Hopital to the Consumer Court. Following are my details:
