It’s a third class hospital specialy for joint replacement as per my personal experience
If you have another option even in govt hospital may please go there as Primus has worst than MCD hospitals in all the ways
Poor management or to say no management
Highly unskilled, unprofessional unethical and rude nursing and other staff
Third class hygiene standards
No patient care
No proper explanation on treatment or procedure by doctors
Rude helpdesk and billing staff with no knowledge of cases
Only one good thing is there in orthopaedic clinic that Ms. Shivani helps you a lot but she also has limitations
Please don’t go to Primus otherwise you will feel trapped
