I don’t know what should I start with since I have a long list. It’s been 18 months now I have been in touch with Welingkar Management for distance learning PGDM. Other problems I can manage. It’s OK. But this one big problem I have with this management. First of all when we put up a complaint or a query in We Care we expect someone to call. Solve the problem and than come on a conclusion. Normally people do this. What welingkar staff does is. No calls. No emails. No solving the queries. Just send a bulk message(that goes to any person whose query has been solved) that the problem has been solved! Vow! Like this is great. My problem is solved and I don’t even know the solution! Now talking about my problem. I just saw the semester results and I have failed in 5 subjects(like never before). I was wondering how is that possible so called up the customer care number. Well I got to know that the system is automated and there in no human intervention. Fair enough. I’m a working professional and I do not have time for anything but still I took a five days leave and made a video and a word document that is ISR project! Done and uploaded while I received the message that the project has been uploaded successfully! Was happy. The customer care guy told me that your project(word document was not uploaded and so you have failed) Trust me I was shocked! I spoke to my counselor who is very supportive and helpful and the one who confirmed after checking that the upload was successful and even he was shocked that the customer care guy said I have failed the subject!
In the end, it’s about my degree and my future, like every other student I’ll pay my re-exam fees and will finish my last semester. But I would not at all recommend this management to anyone and spoil your future and lots money coz this people are just here to loot the students. I wouldn’t have updated my complaint here but this is not the first time it happened and nobody called for my query! I wish I could abuse you’ll but it’s a public platform. Most horrible! I don’t even have enough words to express how I annoyed and frustrated I am!
