Ordered a photo mug and a personalised ball pen for one my sister’s birthday, I planed and ordered before 15 days, so that the gift reach before her birthday.
It took almost 1 month and 15 days to completely deliver the order of two items with continuing to follow up else I think my money will be wasted I guess. Their customer care number is not gonna connect with their representative. I tired calling them, then I put a mail with all payment and order details, which was not replied even.
Thank god they have a facebook page, I just keep on writing negative comments on their post and also started message on messenger. That yield a reply from them. Attached all screenshots. after a month I got the mug delivered, then after 10-15 days pen was delivered. It was a birthday special gift. I can’t comment on the products, my sister says those are good( obviously, she can’t say those are bad, after all she is my sister.)
The way they showed their professionalism, they should be awarded. I don’t know how to upload more than 2 photos, so I just taken the screenshots and added in paintbrush, sorry for that but open the photo and zoom in, you will see these people are so enthusiastic for business.
