I placed an order for a personalised mousepad on 17th Aug 2016. Order No.PL100228843. The estimated despatch date was 20th August, and the date of delivery was 27th August 2016. However, on tracking the status of order, it is still showing "processing". I placed the order after seeing that the estimated delivery was 27th since it was meant to be a gift.
They have not even despatched it yet.on seeing the reviews on various sites I realised that the service is horrible and now I’m not sure if I should even expect the order to arrive. Absolute waste of money!
Please don’t ever order on this site
