Horrible customer service

I placed an order online yesterday, today I called customer support for some inquiry, they were completely clueless. no one could answer my question and they kept on transferring me from one person to another.


I had a simple query regarding the size of business cards,  they had no idea about it. Did not expect such bad customer support. Hope I get the correct product.
