False Tracking number provided : no shipment sent

I would like to request you all not to buy any thing online from "printo.in" website. I had a very bad experience recently while dealing with them. I placed an order(Order No -100004545) and made the payment online and have been told that within 4-5 days, the shipment will be delivered.


I also received a confirmation mail from their side in which they have mention the courier company federal express along with tracking number.But when I inquired with federal express courier, I was told that, they have not received any shipment from "printo" side, so they can’t help me on this.When I asked them that "printo" has provided me the tracking number based on which I have called them(federal express).


On this, they told me that customer of federal express can generate a tracking number without handing over the consignment.They told that I need to contact with the sender that is with "printo" for this.I called up "printo" customer care and been told that this is related to online shopping department and for this they need to transfer the call to online support department.


I made almost 7-8 calls on single day at an interval of every 30-40 minutes and everytime I was told that, they are going to look into this and they will give a call back with the updated status.But I didn’t received any call back. After all this hassle I have now cancelled my order, with a hope that atleast the money gets refunded to me.


PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE and SHOPPING EXPERIENCE with PRINTO.in. NEVER TRY THIS WEBSITE FOR ANYTHING.
