It is a very frustrating experience to deal with this company. Was initially attracted by the wide choice of design templates and fonts as compared to other online printers.
Placed the order for 100 visiting cards (metallic - most expensive); 100 Letterheads, 100-Envelopes, 1-cardholder (metallic), 1-Laptop skin.
Problems:
- Visiting Cards:
Printed my e-mail id in a different font from what was selected. As a result, the whole id has come out to be extremely small and is hardly readable.
As their s/w does not save user design hence no way to point out to company that they have goofed up. Did not replace the visiting cards.
- Card Holder:
While the card-holder looked good while designing but the final product does not have a classy look. Material used is of inferior quality, lacks finishing and cannot be used in corporate circles.
- Product Delivery:
Thoughtless !!! The letterheads and envelopes did not come packed in their respective boxes. The expensive envelopes (Rs.12 per envelope) were simple placed on top of the letterheads !! few envelopes had even got damaged.
Managers are un-responsive. Even wrote a mail to the owner but no response. Appears to be a small time printing outlet rather than some decent printing company.
