I have order three product Pen Drive, Card Holder and Key Chain on 26 Dec 2013. I got my parcel on 2nd Jan 2014 after getting the product I was shocked, I got only 2 product. Then I called Print Venue Customer Care they told it was a mistake so we will release today you will get within 4 working days.
After 1 week, on 9th Jan 2013, I called them again to say, I didn’t get the key chain, they told we need 1 more week to send we don’t have that product now. I was disappointed I don’t have any choice, I told ok please send ASAP.
After 6 days again I called them on 15th Jan 2013 to know what is the status, but this time they told they need 2 more week . I told them you guys are critter, it was my mistake I didn’t check prientvinew’s review I simply porches from https://printvenue.com/ site I can’t believe printvenue any more, I need my money back.
they simply told ok within 3 working days u will get back your money, today is 15 Jan 2013 you will get on 18 Jan 2013.
I am writing this Review on 20th Jan 2013 till now I didn’t get my money back
Now I feel that time they told they don’t have key chain that’s way they delay. May be they don’t have money that’s way they didn’t return my money.
Please don’t go for printvenue.com. It is the worst site. Everything is wrong in this site. They will display something and they didn’t deliver things. I was cheated by printvenue.com.
