Waste of time blackspot on rising e-commerce ...

I am lucky that I have ordered COD and not paid online which I prefer mostly.


A support ticket created 11days back, got following reply:


"A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 3 working days)."


After 11 days it is still unanswered.


Placed an order and after 11 days order is still not received, however it is dispatched through Gojavas and they provided 3 tracking number against a single order.


Interestingly Courier boys called for delivery 4 days back, still not delivered.


We called printvenue support 4 days back and updated them regarding gojavas services apologise and ensured delivery within 24-36 hours, product still not delivered.


We called Gojavas support same day and also inform them that product was supposed to deliver as their delivery boy called us, they ensured they will track and ensure delivery within 24 hours, product still not delivered.


It should be a serious concern from management, since product I ordered is customised, even if somehow it is returned to them they can not reuse them. A complete loss of company. They lose revenue, lose a customer and lose many prospective customer to whom I discourage to buy anything from them. Why you people are doing this business?


Why a frustrated customer do call many time, do track order and even waste their time to write a bad review. E-commerce is not meant for such irresponsible act. You are not losing your business but also harming a good platform and discourage people to buy anything online.
