I placed my order for a set of business cards on Aug 12th. It is Aug 31st and I am still awaiting the delivery. They contacted me after about 4 days of placing the order asking for a different file format.
Since then it has been an extremely frustrating back-and-forth of them asking me every 2 days to review and confirm the art file.
I’ve gone and placed an order with another vendor and given up my hope with these guys. They seem clueless in the execution of a basic order. AVOID THEM!
