It the site with worst consumer service. I had ordered two items i.e. the diary and the pen on 3 April 2019. I had received only diary on 14 April and not the other parcel. I kept calling on the customer care number for the enquiry. They told me that the server isnt locating the parcel and they would revert back which they never did. I called them thrice but they did nothing about my complaint. They didnt even send any mail or message about my complaint or redressal. The courier company called me once stating that the parcel has been delivered. I told them that it was only one parcel and other one is still pending. I have still not received my parcel.
