This is totally fraud company and just want to loot money from people, they will not respond to your queries and will ask you to visit their office everytime. I lost my 110000. I signed subscription on 12-Jul-15 and as per their promise of getting membership card within 7 days took 80 days and that too when I did follow up 40 times and visited their office.
Anyone getting call from them, please do not entertain them.
These people will not respond to your emails or even don’t bother to acknowledge cancellation request, forget about action on request. Every time I get standard response from them saying visit office to resolve issue. I have done follow ups 50 times with them and just got response 4 to 5 times saying visit our office and they are not willing to respond on email, that means definitely they are hiding something and don’t want to keep any communication on email or in writing.
I know atleast 5 groups on whatsapp with 50 people each group suffering from same issue and struggling to get their money back.
I had very bad experience. I am trying to get media involve to expose them on TV channels.
