It all started with just one phone call and before I could realize, I had already lost my hard-earned money. First I got a call from Priority International Pune informing me that I was the winner of a lucky draw contest. The gift was a holiday voucher for 3 days and 4 nights in any of their partnership hotels in Kerala. But more importantly, I was offered a ‘timeshare holiday’ lifetime membership that seemed worth its cost. I’m an avid traveler, but I was new to this ‘holiday sharing’ industry. So, I ended-up taking the Priority International Holidays membership in installments.
Me and my wife decided to use the Priority International free holiday voucher and asked for a reservation. Everything worked till we reached the hotel in Kochi. When we wanted to check-in, we were told there was no reservation on my name. I tried calling Sameer, the Priority International Pune executive who had sold me the membership, but he ignored my calls. I tried their land-line number, someone answered and acted as if I had reached a gambling den – he wanted to upgrade me for a higher membership!
Anyway, we paid for the rooms and enjoyed the holidays, came back to Pune and visited Priority International office. After much persuasion and threats of taking them to consumer court, they have agreed to refund my 2 installments. Wish me luck and avoid these guys. They are here to make money by white-collar cheating!
After experiencing such bad service, I feel most of the positive reviews of Priority International on MS is fake.
