Keep Fighting,Don't Let Them Win,I Did it,So Can U

Well by now we all know that we feel duped or cheated by the false promises made to us by the sales and customer support team at Priority International ltd.


They have their legal paper work designed in such a way that we cannot get our hard earned money back from them and that is a fact which I thought I had to accept. I paid Rs 75000/- upfront for my 5 year membership and it hurt me each day when I thought about the day I decided to buy the membership.


However we cannot change what’s past and therefore I decided to make sure that I keep fighting and try and extract as much as I can from them. I wanted to book my first international holiday to Singapore through them and it came to me as a shock when they first informed me that there were no hotels available for Singapore during the dates I had requested even though I sent my request 2 months before my travel dates(something I’m sure many of you’ll have already faced in the past).


At that point I demanded a refund but they bluntly refused stating that as per the contract under no circumstance could the money be refunded. So I kept persisting and kept calling them day after day demanding that they provide me a 4-5 star hotel as promised during the presentation.


The options of hotels they provided me were poorly rated on TripAdvisor and therefore I refused to accept any of the options they gave me. I sent them the list of hotels which I wanted to stay in and not in which they were just going to give me.


I guess they also were getting frustrated and tired of my nagging(I guess they would put it that way) but the bottom line is that if you can frustrate them to the point that they themselves give in to our demands. In the end they provided me a 4 star hotel in Singapore(where just 10 days ago no hotels were available as claimed by them).


The hotel they were providing me was without breakfast so again I made sure that they don’t get away with it. I made sure that they knocked off the AMC for the current year as breakfast was not included.


Just to top it off I told them that I wanted to borrow my holidays from next year as well and I guess that did the trick for me because in the end they realized that wouldn’t be making any money from me at all, they said stuff that I couldn’t take 2 holidays in a year and other nonsense excuses but I maintained my stand as it clearly stated in the contract that member could borrow holiday from next year as well.


In the end they were so frustrated with me that they sent me an email that since costing was going too high, they couldn’t offer me their services anymore and that they were ready to refund me my full amount which I paid for the membership. At that point, I didn’t think twice, I just said YES and finally after 2 weeks I received my full refund yesterday.


Guys please look at this as a chance, an opportunity to believe that you too can get your money back from those crooks. I have attached the first page of my agreement copy and the photos of the cheque and membership card just so that you’ll know that this is not a fake review.
