I had become a member in June 2015. There are 2 main concerns due to which I firmly believe that this company is FRAUD:
1) I was promised Gym membership in ABS which is mentioned on my contract and the same was provided to me for 1 year. I had to spend 10 days fighting with the Manager in 2015 to get the ABS membership. I was told that the Gym membership cannot be given for 5 years in one go so every year I can call and get it renewed. I have been following up with the customer care people for last 20 days and they refuse to give it. I have provided a copy of my agreement and other details.
The staff is rude and they simply disconnect the phone. I asked them to connect me to a Manager and I was told that there is no manager. I screamed at them so they said they cannot give me number of the Manager but will ask him to call me back. Its been 3 days no call back has been made.
There is no number to directly reach a Manager or head. I was told that manager, head and the owner are very busy people and as a company policy there numbers cannot be shared.
This company is there to literally fool the customers as they have upfront taken all the money from us.In last 1 year I have not availed a single holiday from this company which was this membership was taken. I was told that you will get 4* and 5* hotel options for holiday. I have contacted this company 5 times and the hotel names that they provide are pathetic. They do not provide a list of all hotels with which they have a tie up. Just fooling around by providing cheap hotels. On top of all this sales people keep calling me to pay more money and then I can have better hotel options.
This company is eating hard earned money from people like me. It is so sad that such kind of fraud still exists in India and educated people like me fall in this trap.
