BIG FRAUD COMPANY.Beware.Do not fall in their trap.

During discussion when we bought membership, we were told by your team that we will be getting 5-star hotel but we never got that options.Hotel was 3-star.

We wanted hotel extention but we were not given.plan can change according to user’s personal needs and priority should be flexible for that.We were told that priority portals are full.When enquired in hotel, rooms were available.

Also, bookings are done through expedia, travelguru which we saw in our booking details in the hotel.then where priority portals comes into picture?
