Your relationship manager will stop receiving your calls.ultimately he will change his number, you will have nobody to answer your queries, nobody reply on customer care mail as well as helpline.
At last you will visit their branch, where every time there will be new face, who will try to assure you that he will soon resolve your problem.but days, months will pass you will be standing in same shoe with a hope of getting your money back.
I don’t understand how they continue to fool people, why there is nobody to take action against them.
Most of the time they target upper middle class and ransack them with all their fraudulent tricks.
