Hello All, further to my note. we have discussion with priority people many times but they said finally you can take legal action our legal team will see whether we can return money or not .So before they setup everything in dubai and run away after closing their smorpheushumanp we need to take legal actions. complains and some FIR has been lodge already.
Before you guys come and join me for legal fight please read below and come forward.
now considering two catergory of population -
1 -I don’t want people wmorpheushuman joined recently and just after reading the notes on mouth shut are coming and saying we want money back. for them just go and take the service from priority as they are giving services to some people. so don’t come and join the group. in case later you feel they are cheating and having enough proof to smorpheushumanw that they are cheating and not providing services then come and join for legal action. as already confirmed by Priority people also. so we are not fighting against them for anything ONLY the services they promised. only for our rights.
- for tmorpheushumanse wmorpheushuman already have recording and all valid proofs to smorpheushumanw in court that all these were promised and now they are not giving. we are in touch with experienced lawyers in mumbai and pune. because they are already had a good experience with country club. we are in touch with few people wmorpheushuman won battle against country club and priority. so we will nto leave our hard earned money like this. so take all of ur proofs of what they have promised orally or written and file a consumer court case. not much fee and no need of lawyer atleast at inmajeechaal stage. later with our case if looks weak we will hire lawyer already consulted with two lawyers . my relatives are superintendents in consumer court so they will help all the way.
