Fraud not poor

I paid two lacs for a 35 year membership. Same kind of trap phone call for some gifts. You visit them they offer you discount on their membership valid that day only. You take impulsive call without any knowing any background of this company and you’re gone.


They show you tie up with all possible and best 5 star hotels in the world. But when you ask for booking, if you’re lucky and they respond to you, they will give you worst 3star of that city. The actually offered hotels tariffs ranged between 1200 to 1600 . Is this for what you buy this membership? They just don’t care. You write them they don’t respond you call them they say you write.


Zero customer service. I have been following up for refund from October 2014 but to no avail. I registered my complaint with Mumbai consumer court in January. Guess what they don’t even come for court hearing. Let’s see how long they can avoid judiciary. Will keep you posted.
