They Are Cheaters, Do Not Get Into Their Trap

Along with negative reviews, I read many positive reviews too but when I read them somehow I feel that they all are fake. Priority is a fraud. They use unfair means to trap the customers from very first day. Every holiday club sends their boys to various shopping locations to get the coupons filled by people.


While other clubs clearly publish their details on the coupon, Priority doesn’t do that. Their agents shamelessly lie to you when they hand over the coupon for example, if you are shopping at central mall, they will tell you that this coupon is given by central only, exclusively for their customers.


I was trapped in the central only. I asked the guy, is it from some holiday club? and he said no no sir, it is from central only. No where on the coupon mentioned the company name. I filled it up and got the call next morning. They say, you have won a gift and a holiday and they call you up to their office.


I, with my wife went their and then they didn’t let me come out without buying the membership. They offered so many things to me and I gave up. 5 year membership was for 90000 rs. I paid 15000 immediately through my debit card, rest I had to pay by credit card but thank God my credit card got blocked and I couldn’t pay the amount that day.


I asked them to send me the list of the hotels they have association with. until I paid the money, they were ready to give me everything in written but from next day they started showing their true color. they said we can’t provide the list of hotels, you will have to choose at the time of booking only. This clearly shows that they do not have any association.


The representative dealing with me had repeatedly mentioned Radisson Hotel, so I called up the hotel and asked about the booking through Priority.they were not even aware that such a company exists leave alone the association with them.


One by one they started declining everything and then I asked for my money back. They refused citing the rules that it is not refundable. I searched the law and got to know that a customer has the right to cancel any membership within 15 days of signing the agreement which is called cooling off period.


I was still thinking that if they deal with me fairly then I will take the membership but they refused to do so many things which they had promised before signing the agreement. Then I decided to file a case against them in consumer court. I have sent them  notice and will file the case if they do not refund my money.


In the meantime, I was at Cinepolis multiplex in Pune and a boy came to me with a coupon. He said, this coupon is from cinepolis, please fill this up and you will get movie tickets. I again asked him, are you sure it is not from any holiday club? He said No. I filled it up and next day I got 2 calls. one from priority and one from any other company. Now think about it, I filled up 1 coupon and got 2 calls.


These people are using dirty tricks to trap us. Beware of these frauds. I have met few more people who are not getting response from priority after making the payment.


They are big time thugs.
