Prison Break - It's Addictive

Prison Break begins with a guy trying to break his innocent brother out of one of the most secured prisons in the US. The lead character, Michael Scofield, is an expert Structural Engineer, whose brother gets caught in the dirty politics of a rogue corporation called as simply The Company.

The seasons pan across Michale’s attempts to break out of prisons, all while trying to bring down The Company, which not only killed his Father and Mother, but also incarcerated his brother Lincoln Burrows in a false murder case. Michael’s plans swivel for the worst when he has to adjust with the extra baggage that he’s taken on while trying to flee Fox River Penitentiary. Seasons 2, 3, and 4 focus on life outside Fox River, life on the Run, from the FBI, Police, and The Company operatives, who’re still trying to catch and execute the two brothers.

The Company apparently thinks that the brothers know some confidential information which could possibly jeopardize the companies’ stronghold on the US government. There are twists and turns in the story, which keep the viewer glued to their seats, and yearn for more. Just when you begin to think all is over, that’s when you discover something all together new, something that will not just change the lives of all the escaped convicts, but also all those they love the most.

Throughout the series, you see character transformations, shades of gray and white in everyone, how foes turn friends, and how friends side with the evil powers. The plot line is very carefully crafted out, so as to maintain a high level of suspense all throughout. The visualization and the cinematography of the series is immaculate with zero errors. I just finished watching season 4. Can’t wait till April 17th when the next season begins. To tell you how addictive this series is, I stayed up almost 3 nights in a week to finish watching it. You just can’t get enough of it. Try watching the very first episode, if you haven’t already, and you’ll know what I’m talking about.
