Pristyn Care calls you n number of times and attend your calls at anytime (round the clock). But all these only till you go for surgery. Once you come out of OT, no one bothers to attend your call especially the call agents assigned to you. I too got the same terrible and pathetic experience. Amolika (93117 73594) is the call agent lady (medical officer) assigned to me. Whenever I got any questions, she gave a number and asked to talk to Jatin who is a doctor assistant. But later I realizes. Jatin (8447228200) is also a call agent guy. He answers all your questions like doctor.
Post OT, I was in need of urgent info and clarification. I called Amolika and Jatin more than 20 times neither of them responded. Once the issue sorted by duty doctor and almost 3 hrs later, I got call from Jatin.
Pristyn Care booked cab 2 days before the surgery date. But post surgery, again I need to coordinate for 5 hrs.
They gave spinal Anesthesia but for my surgery (Vericous veins) it’s not required. Just a regional Anesthesia is fine. Before surgery they said, will chance to talk to Anesthesian. But nothing happened again. Anesthesia directly gave spinal Anesthesia.
Except surgery everything led to lot of mental stress and illness.
Discharge also made lot of drama by Pristyn Care.
Apart from this, Pristyn Care kept deleting my review in their website.
