I have been bit late in writing this review but thought to put it now after reading other reviews here and for benefit to others. The whole experience was in 2008 with the Gyne doctor who we considered would be good knowing her Army hospital background. Everything was going good until one day i.e 8-Nov-2008 when my wife in seven month of pregnancy had a pain after having dinner, we rushed to Privat hospital considering going back to the same doctor whom we were consulting during pregnancy. After the initial check-up and other tests by Gyne doctor & other senior consultants, they advised us to operate on my wife to save the life of both child & mother. When enquired on the need to operate in 7th month of pregnancy, they said there is no other option but to operate on morning on 9th Nov 2008. That night was hard to pass by as risk for both child & my wife were really high and thought to take second advise with other doctors. Luckily, my friend’s husband knew a doctor in Sir ganga ram hospital and refered us to talk to them. After having a word with doctor in Sir ganga ram, we decided to take risk and move my wife from Privat to Ganga ram hospital on 9th Nov 2008. All doctors in privat tried to scare us and put it against medical advise but we still took that chance. After visiting Ganga ram hospital on 9th Nov 2008, doctor found this to be normal and pain was because of some gas from food which went normal after medicine and we were discharged from hospital on same day. My cute daughter was born on late Jan’2009 and I feel very happy to see her healthy and thanks god for giving us courage to take that risk on 8th Nov’08. Otherwise Privot Gyne had almost planned to make our life miserable because of thirst of money or lack of expertise in these matters.
