I gave proactiv a year to see if my skin would get better...it didn’t! Once I realized I was done spending that much money on something so useless, I tried to cancel my membership online and they don’t give you that option. I tried to email them, and I couldn’t get past the security word.
I called and spoke to someone promptly, but as soon as I mentioned I wanted to cancel my membership, they transferred me and made me listen to a 30 second loop of the same song for 10 minutes. They do everything quickly when you want to give them your money but make it as difficult as possible when you want to stop giving them your money. What a terrible company!
