Worst Product; Bad Company

I had the worst experience with this company. I tried this product as i used to suffer from acne like any other. I used it for 10 months and saw no results. So i went ahead and returned my last product. Since i was out of town i could not return the product in 30 days so i called customer service and asked them if they could still take it back. The rep said to go ahead and send it. So i did but a year later i get a call from a collection company asking me to pay for a kit that i have already returned. I tried explaining what happened but the people that from the collection service was very abusive.


They harassed me almost everyday over the phone and was not cooperative at all. Then i called proactive trying to find a resolution. They saw that i have returned the product and said that they will remove me from collections. But they never did! So i kept getting these calls from collection and i kept calling proactive asking to take necessary action. Of course they never did. They wanted the $34.95 so bad. My bf said that he will go ahead and pay it if the calls would stop but for me it wasn’t about the money. I just couldn’t stand the idea of proactive trying to rip off someone.


Finally, after a year of no actions from, I said I was going to sue the company and then the problem resolved. I will never go back to a company like this again!!!!!
