I have oily and dry skin, it’s especially oily in my T zone. This product works for me especially on my blackheads. I have seen a significant decrease since using proactiv. Although, I found a clean and clear face wash that is as effective, but dries my skin out very badly. I enjoy the product, however, the customer service gets a low rating. Because you talk to someone different each time and no one interprets anything the same no one could ever tell me what EXACTLY was going on with my account. In December 2011 I didn’t receive my kit. I was out of town when the post office tried to deliver it and sent it back. This is the first time the post office ever tried to leave it at my door and I have been with proactiv since 2009. When I called proactiv they explained I will need to complete an affidavit of product not received in order to be reimbursed. I was told the letter will arrive within 7-10 days and they will send me a travel kit to hold me over. I received the kit within 4 days, awesome right?
So I waited 14 days and still no affidavit. It is now the beginning of January 2012. So I called and was told that I didn’t have to worry about the affidavit and they will send another kit and reimburse me 2 pmts for my troubles. Sounds good. So I received my refund and kit separately. It took them another month and a half to send me my kit and 2 months to send me my refund. REAL COOL. So then all is well? No, my next kit scheduled to arrive April 17th doesn’t show. When I ask why they told me it was sent back. I was then told it was because the package was damaged and I will be reimbursed, and they will send another package. So I’m a little curious at this point so today I login to my account to see what activity is taking place. But unfortunately my account is inactive. When I called and asked why they gave me some jargon about the system automatically does that when it is overloaded.
Okay, first of all how can you expect me to believe that malarkey? A big business like proactiv doesn’t have sytem backup? What’s up? So I’m sure this doesn’t happen every day, but thanks for nothing proactiv you can kiss the area of my body that expels hazardous waste. F***ers.
