I purchased the entire pro active range including foundations and face powder, moisturisers and make up removal cloths - I used it problem free for about 5 to 7 weeks but after this time I developed a severe allergy on my face which required treatment of cortisone creams. My skin on neck has been left badly damaged and I doubt it will ever recover fully.
MY FACE IF MUCH WORSE THAN WHEN I STARTED. As the money back guarantee is only available for 60 days, by the time I worked out what was causing the problem my time was up. Despite having spent hundreds of dollars on their products they are only prepared to refund about 1/4 of the money I have spent because I can’t tell them exactly which product caused the severe allergic reaction. Although the only products I have used on my face up until the time of the reaction were all pro active products because I couldn’t tell them which actual product did the damage they would not refund me the money. As the only way to find out which product caused it was to individually test each product on my face (which I was not prepared to do) it was just bad luck.
I am appalled at the state of my skin from this product and I have sent all the products back to them despite them not refunding me the money as I don’t want them and will never put another pro active product on my face EVER - PRO ACTIVE HAS DAMAGED MY SKIN BEYOND REPAIR. DO NOT TOUCH THIS STUFF - IT SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD WITHOUT MEDICAL SUPERVISION!
