I used this once and taste was not upto mark I used coffee flavor and it was no that much tasty.
This protein has 24g of protein per serving and 3g of carbs.
The packing container is good and looks and stickering is good looks like international standards but its not.
Well this protein didn’t digest even 1 day for me but anyhow I managed til it get over as I paid money for this.
It has many contents like calcium iron zinc but the powder quality is not that much good.
In milk it taste better than water.
I don’t recommend to take this
