As of today’s education system most of the students seek admission in coaching centers in order to crack the entrance exams conducted in India.
Prof. P.C.Tomas Classes were known for its excellence and as well as for its teaching methods. But I think those days of fame is fading today.
My passion and ambition was to become an engineer. so after plus two as usual I attended entrance exam to get admission in good engineering college( both all India level and state level exam), but unfortunately I couldn’t achieve good rank in those. Then I decided to waste my one year for entrance coaching that to in Chaithanya Classes( One of the center of Prof.P.C.Thomas classes). With all expectation I joined there . For almost one to two months the classes were almost interesting to learn more and to do . But as of after that the classes were becoming bored and all teacher lack certain knowledge about some topics in my view . and also all the students in the class were not able to follow the teachers at some points. And also they give us heavy work loads which takes away our time at home for doing revision and learning the topics much more deeper. They give mental stress to students which makes them difficult to concentrate on studies(Not all students, it depends on that students living environment).
After one year of coaching again attended the entrance exam, but still not a better rank for getting in top colleges but a little better than the previous attempt.
I suggest all the students not to waste one year for this coaching. I suggest you to try preparing yourself and by seeking help from school teacher itself during your higher secondary studies.
I completely won’t say that Prof.P.C.Tomas Classes is not good but still it got its merits and demerits.
so before joining to any of these coaching centers I suggest you to get a detailed description over that coaching center.
