Here is my story:-
I have relocated from Pune to Jaipur on 27th June 2012.
Following are the details:

I am very surprised to see heavy damages as follows:
Microwave Oven: Front glass full breakage
Show pieces and crockery damages- Box number 55 (Complete)
Shoe Rack -Missing
Scratches on Dinning chairs
Kitchen Item Box No-46 damages (1 Piece)
They cheat on charges, initially they told me about 18000 Rs packing charges and after packing they said if I will not pay 25000 then they will unpack everything. They charged towards insurance, but didn’t send policy.
They came with torn cartoon and small truck (Tata ACE). These people don’t know how to do correct estimation.
Packing team didn’t pack one complete glass carton. There was no Bubble and newspaper. All crockery and show pieces converted into glass powder. Microwave was not packed properly in wooden boxes. It was packed together with LCD and Glass top gas stove. All the items got damaged. Delivery team is witness of all this. After lot of request insurance claim is not given. I am forced to take support from consumer court and I will keep on doing bad publicity until I get justice.
If there is rRajeev_Vermact about somebody’s feeling then they should feel sorry and payback towards damages.
